About Shane

Shane Nelson started out in the health and fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, where he worked not only in the area of exercise and fitness, but also worked in the area of Cellular Health & Fitness.  It is at the Institute of Cellular Health & Fitness where he learned to look at the body as a whole, right down to the cellular level.  He broadened his base beyond basic fitness and nutrition and expanded his knowledge to work in the areas of Anti-Aging, Disease Prevention, and Immune System Enhancement.  He is a Certified Reboundologist, where he works with the use of a rebounder (mini-trampoline) which strengthens the body at a cellular level.   Shane also served as a US Navy Corpsman (Medic), giving him an extensive background in medicine which furthered his knowledge even more of how the human body works.  Shane’s more current background now comes as a Certified Naturopathic Practitioner, where he has learned to look at the body and helps it from a more natural and holistic approach.  He currently works as a Health & Wellness Consultant, a Bioresonance Biofeedback Technician, a Certified Neurofeedback Trainer, and as a Low Level Laser Therapy Technician (LLLT).  The Bioresonance Biofeedback provides feedback which gives us a better understanding of what’s going on with the body.  He also uses neurofeedback to train the brain, which allows the brain to heal itself, helping to give us more peaceful and restful lives, so that we may focus better and think more clearly throughout our day to day lives.  A more recent addition to his services is Low Level Light Laser Therapy (LLLT), which can reset different frequencies in the body and can help with a whole array of health issues.  His past service with the military and passion for veterans places him in a great position to not only help all with their health and wellness needs, but to also help those who have proudly served our country.

My Story

Shane Nelson Testimonial

I first started with symptoms dating all the way back to about 2008.  Started to get a lot of stomach pain, cramping, and blood in the stool.  My entire body hurt, mostly all of my joints.  Found out I had the start of H. Pylori.  Suffered with this for 15 years on and off as symptoms would pick up seasonally and then reside after a while or after specific herbal treatment.

Fast forward to the summer of 2023, where I started to develop some brain and cognitive function problems.  I had trouble focusing, pain and dullness in my head, trouble thinking through things, and brain fog.  Started on a great memory supplement that seemed to help, but didn’t seem to completely get rid of all the symptoms.

Went through a huge bout of diarrhea in December of 2023.  Thoughts are it was the result of a Gallbladder and Liver detox from a supplement called Tudca.  Thinking that it must have finally released whatever was being blocked up.  Memory and brain problems seemed to have subsided after this a bit.

At the beginning of 2024 in January, I begin having this very weird skin infection on my lower legs.  It started on the ankle of one leg, then moved up the lower leg and jumped over to the other leg.  This is where I started with my first round of anti-biotics since the skin infection was thought to be bacterial related.  After much debate on what it could be from the medical world, found out that it was something called an ID Reaction or Interface Dermatitis.  Also known as Autoeczematization.  Was treated with a medical cream where I mixed both an anti-bacterial and a steroidal medication with, a base cream by CeraVe.  The treatment seemed to work, but never really figured out what the cause of the ID reaction was.  I have suffered with Athletes Foot for years and just figured that the skin infection was fungal.  But the skin test would come up negative for fungus.  Finally figured out the that the fungal infection was not on the outside of my body on the skin, but on the inside of my body instead.  I eventually figured out that it was a Candida issue and that I had a yeast overgrowth in my gut.  But before that, I was hit hard with something else.

The first week of April of 2024, my wife and I were out in the woods shed hunting for deer antlers with our dog.  We came upon a nest of ticks and all of us were just covered in them.  The ticks were small, and I just figured that since it was so early in the season that they were just baby ticks.  But I was mistaken.  We got them all brushed off and cleaned up, but I must have missed one.  After this over the course of several weeks, I started to feel miserable.  I had no energy, and was greatly fatigued.  I also had a lot of body aches.  One month later my wife recognized a spot on my back, kind of like a boil or a huge pimple.  She started to get it opened up and to squeeze all of the crap out that was in it and then noticed that there was something still inside.  She then proceeded to dig out a small tick.  I got to the point where it was hard to even function anymore, as the fatigue had really set in, and I could hardly even work for like 5 to 10 minutes at a time.  Went to the doctor and was treated for Lymes Disease, even though the test came back negative.  Found out later that just over half of Lymes Disease tests come back with a false negative.  So now I was put on my second round of anti-biotics in a 4 month period.  Anti-biotics didn’t really work, and I begin to feel horrible again about a month later.  It got so bad that I had started to lose feeling in my fingers and toes.  I knew that this was not good, and have heard stories about Lymes Disease paralyzing people and putting them in a wheelchair.  I knew that this was definitely not for me and I started to take action.  I abandoned any medical hope there was and returned to my naturopathic roots.  I started by seeing an Acupuncturist and started feeling better after a couple treatments.  I was relentless in finding out if this was truly Lymes Disease, and went to my Naturopathic Physician.  I found out not only was I suffering with Lymes Disease, but that Candida was running rampant throughout my body as well due to 2 rounds of antibiotics, and that my gut microbiome was in real trouble and grossly out of balance.

Moving on now to deal with Candida and the yeast overgrowth in my gut.  I ended up finding a Naturopathic Doctor out of New Zealand who specialized in Candida and learned much from his teachings.  From there I began a special diet that removed all sugars and starches from my diet which was feeding my Candida.  I also started on a great line of new supplements that not only targeted my Candida, but also my H. Pylori and Lymes Disease as well.  After 6 weeks on the diet and taking the new herbal supplements, I was feeling much better.

Through all of this, I also purchased my own Biofeedback device to help provide therapy to my body with all that I had going on.  I have had experience using the biofeedback device through my Naturopathic Physician, and knew that it could help me on my road to recovery.  The Biofeedback device confirmed all of my issues that I had from the H. Pylori and Candida, to the Lymes Disease.  It also showed me many other areas in my body that were having problems, and I began to work on those issues as well.

So now my body has shown some vast improvements on account of a dietary change, finding the right supplementation, and the use of the Oberon biofeedback device.  My H. Pylori, Candida, and Lymes Disease have all fallen to acceptable levels and don’t seem to be causing me any noticeable symptoms any longer.  I continue to feel better each day, and now able to address other issues and challenges that my body is going through.
